Michael Rosen is in the studio to write a poem based on viewers' ideas.

The team are joined by the Vamps, who take time out from their headline tour to answer viewers' questions and perform their new single.

We're joined by one of the UK's biggest boy bands, the Vamps, who will be taking time out from their headline tour to answer your questions and perform their brand new single. To mark National Poetry Day, Michael Rosen joins us live in the studio to write a special poem based on your ideas, while Lindsey undertakes some helicopter training in underwater escape when she visits the UK's largest offshore gas platform to find out where gas comes from!
