The team meet a family left living in a caravan when building work was unfinished.

Angela Rippon, Gloria Hunniford and Julia Somerville meet viewers who handed over hundreds or even thousands of pounds to people who seemed to be experts in their field - but didn't get quite what they expected in return for their cash. 

Among the stories: the couples who instead of the professional-standard wedding videos they'd paid for were sent rushes of someone else's big day, and the family left living in a caravan for months when their building work was left unfinished and unsafe. 

Plus, why an increasing number of people planning the once-in-a-lifetime Hajj pilgrimage have ended up going nowhere.
