Two sons desperate to protect their father from being persuaded into buying overpriced products he just doesn't need reveal the measures they're taking to keep him safe, and former England player Dion Dublin joins those questioning whether the amount charged by football clubs for their replica kits is reasonable. 

Plus, after a raft of complaints, a new device it's claimed will stop cold calls is put under the spotlight, and the telecoms company making a disproportionate number of viewers unhappy is revealed - why do so many say they haven't received what they signed up to?
