Among the cases they'll be getting to the bottom of: how adding an extension to your home could result in you being charged a second council tax and why a mislaid spare key scuppered the insurance claim of a woman whose car was stolen. 

Plus the locals angry about the effect rail improvements have had on their daily lives and businesses, and the councils catching out drivers by introducing new limits on bus lanes - are they always getting it right?
