Seoc is shocked by the idea of a haircut.

Children's animated series. When Nico and Sam head to the barbers, Seoc becomes convinced that his friends are part of a brain experiment.

Nico and Sam are off to the barbers but Seoc doesn't quite understand what a haircut entails and he believes that his young friends have become victims of a brain experiment. However, himself and Chip concoct a plan that will save the day.
