When Bill accidentally breaks his mum's clock, he decides that winning the mystery prize is the only way he'll be able to replace it. When Lucy and Sarah go missing while on the run, Bill learns an important lesson about winning, but all's well that ends well and everyone gets to celebrate with Ted's barbecue thanks to some very special clock parts!
