The competition is hotting up as the remaining celebrities tackle trampolining and rhythmic gymnastics - with a twist. It's not just ribbons and balls! 

The celebrities perform live to impress Olympic heroes Louis Smith and Nadia Comaneci and their fellow judges. The two celebrities with the lowest scores will face the Vault and another celebrity will leave the competition.

Plus chart sensations The Saturdays perform a medley of their greatest hits. 

It's gymnastics but not as we know it! It's time to tumble.
