This episode naughty old monarch King Flannel, who tries to get a packet of crisps past his beady-eyed butler, Chip Monk, who is still using all his wiles to avoid selling his beloved pets; and DIY Dan, who makes his customary meal of putting up wallpaper. Also featuring Wiggyville's favourite and most useless superhero, Captain Adorable, on the case of a piece of heavy furniture that needs delivering safely; and Milkshake Jake, the soda-pop bartender who doesn't pay much attention to his customers as he mixes their milkshake.
