The Queen has opened Parliament, with a speech announcing the UK government's plans for the coming year. We debate a proposed law to make it impossible for landowners to prevent 'fracking' for natural gas under their property, with a leading Green party politician, and industry body the UK Offshore Operators Group.

Also in the Queen's speech, an anti-corruption and money laundering proposal to force firms to declare publicly who owns and controls them. Lobbying group Global Witness, which recently launched a campaign to end anonymous company ownership, gives us its verdict.

And we'll be finding out why big name musicians like Adele are up in arms over the fees YouTube pay independent artists to feature their music on the site. YouTube says it'll pull videos from its site unless musicians accept its offer, and the independent labels are fighting back with a plan to take the dispute to the European Commission.
