With exclusive access to the full police investigation, Crimewatch reveals how this self-confessed 'monster' developed such a cold and devastating taste for blood. 

Crimewatch cameras have also been out with the specialist teams rounding up the crooks behind so-called 'crash for cash' scams, responsible for bumping up motorists' insurance premiums by £50 each.
