Midge Ure delves into his personal music collection to reveal five special songs.

Midge Ure tells Phil Cunningham about his extraordinary musical journey, which began in Cambuslang.

Midge Ure's interest in music was first nurtured by the records he heard on the radio in his parents' Cumbernauld flat.

Learning to play on a secondhand dance-band guitar it wasn't long before he was playing in bands and travelling to gigs all over the country.

In a revealing and entertaining conversation he tells Phil Cunningham about the excesses of the Ultravox years, his solo career and he reflects on the legacy of Band Aid after nearly 30 years.

In this extended version of the programme Phil opens the show with Midge's number one chart hit 'If I Was' and when discussing the song Vienna Phil reveals the text message he received from Midge when he was visiting the Austrian capital.
