Artist Heather Dewar is on a quest to find an animal to cook and eat using the cuts of meat that people would normally cast aside.

As an artist, Heather Dewar has travelled the world for inspiration, but as a cook, her inspiration is her native Islay and its produce. With this in mind, Heather's on a quest to find an animal to cook and eat using the cuts of meat that people would normally cast aside.
