An anonymous government clerk admits to sharing in kickbacks, and Ed puts the allegations of ministries pocketing the profits on corrupt public property sales to the new Commerce Minister Chanthol Sun. He also hears from Kol Preap of Transparency International about why Cambodia ranks one of the lowest on their metrics of graft among countries in the region.
