A half-hour special, featuring the best of our presenter challenges from their Team Blue Peter, Sport Relief 2014 campaign. Radzi takes on his 'Swim', braving choppy waters and icy winds as he attempts to swim one mile across Lake Windermere. Barney, Lindsey and Radzi compete against each other in a 'Cycle' event like no other, using bikes they've each designed and built from scratch. Then it's time to 'Run' when Radzi, Lindsey and Barney mentor three different schools taking part in a sprint event with a twist - an incredible 31-legged race! Plus, Little Mix make a special report from Liberia, where they see first-hand how the money raised through Sport Relief makes a real difference to families living very difficult lives.
