For millions of people in Britain, going hungry is a very real issue and in this first episode of a two-part documentary series four famous volunteers put their lives on hold to live with families who can't afford to eat.  

Business tycoon Theo Paphitis moves in with a working mum who regularly skips meals to feed her daughter. Former EastEnder Cheryl Fergison meets a single man who has to choose between eating and keeping warm. Meanwhile journalist Rachel Johnson and Made in Chelsea's Jamie Laing both live with families who rely on charity handouts from food banks. 

The famous faces embark on the experience questioning whether UK food poverty exists but will living with a struggling household challenge their views?
