In response to the threat of economic sanctions, Russia drafts a law that could hurt European and US companies. And campaigners criticize a proposed EU conflict minerals scheme.

Russia's parliament has begun discussing how it might retaliate if the west were to impose sanctions. We hear from the president of the American Chamber of Commerce in Moscow that business people there are apprehensive. We're also joined by EU trade commissioner Karel De Gucht and Global Witness campaigner Sophia Pickles who disagree about the usefulness of an EU draft law designed to curb the circulation of 'conflict minerals'. The world's biggest social network site tightens its rules on posts relating to guns. But Will Villota of the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence doesn't think Facebook has gone far enough. And from the Geneva Motorshow, the BBC's Theo Leggett tells us how Chinese carmakers are keen to make inroads into Europe.
