A Japanese chef attempts to wrestle a sushi record back from Sweden.

Ben Shires and Sizzling Steve don a pantomime horse costume to join in a record attempt for the largest pantomime animal race ever.

Ben Shires arrives at Aintree Racecourse with a bit of a surprise for regular record breaker, Sizzling Steve. Together they don a pantomime horse costume (Steve will be the back end, obviously) as the boys join in a record attempt for the largest pantomime animal race ever.

In Japan, Haruka tries to restore some national pride to the country's fast-food industry when a chef attempts to wrestle a speedy sushi record back from Sweden! He'll need to roll, slice-and-dice with exact precision if he's to have a hope of bringing the record home.

In Portsmouth, we meet a man who's going to attempt to break a record by running and jumping face-first down the Spinnaker Tower - but will he be able to control his jump and snatch not just one, but two records for rap jumping? There's also a look at some other extremely dangerous records from around the world.

Tension mounts in on of the last few rounds of Officially Competitive - the boys try to keep three balloons in the air simultaneously for as long as possible - It might sound easy, but it's tougher than it looks - try it at home.

And in London, Ben is hopping with excitement when a three-woman skipping team try to smash a record for double dutch skipping - they're fast and frenetic, but have they got what it takes to jump into the record books?
