Ben Shires tries his hand at skydiving without setting foot on a plane, and two Chinese acrobats attempt to smash a record on the Wheel of Death.

Host Ben Shires tries his hand at skydiving without setting foot on a plane when he meets Steve Howes, who's going to attempt to smash the record for the most backflips in 60 seconds while indoor skydiving. Steve might be an expert at tumbling around in a giant vertical wind tunnel, but can he master these insane indoor elements to take his place in history?

In Beijing, we meet two Chinese acrobats who are hoping to smash a record on the worryingly-named Wheel of Death. Meanwhile, Ben and US host Al Jackson join some canine colossuses as they take to the sky in an attempt to break the record for doggy dock-jumping - a radical new sport where dogs of all shapes and sizes try and jump as high as possible before plunging into a swimming pool of water.  

If awesome flying dogs aren't enough, we'll discover some more amazing record-breaking animals, including the world's oldest goldfish and a dog that can catch a baffling amount of tennis balls in its mouth!

In Germany we meet extreme unicyclist Lutz Eichholz. Lutz is on a mission to prove that unicycling is no longer restricted to clowns and jugglers, but is the foundation of a new extreme sport. Lutz takes on the record for the fastest time to clear 10 hurdles on a unicycle. And Lutz isn't the only one taking on unlikely records - our superstars of world record breaking, the UK's Sizzling Steve, Japan's Mr Cherry and the US of A's Ray are back attempting a record anyone can try at home: this time it is how many sticky notes they can cram on their faces in 60 seconds.
