Former Director of Public Prosecutions on building victims' trust and assisted suicide.

Former Director of Public Prosecutions Keir Starmer talks about how the judicial system needs to build victims' trust and explains the assisted suicide laws as Corrie's Hayley dies.

The former Director of Public Prosecutions in England and Wales, Keir Starmer, tells the programme more needs to be done to inspire victims' confidence and trust in the criminal justice system. He also explains the law on aiding and abetting suicide following the death of Coronation Street character Hayley Cropper, and discusses what the police should do when witnesses, such as Nigella Lawson, admit lawbreaking on the stand.

We get reaction as the FA charges West Bromwich Albion's Nicolas Anelka after his "Quenelle" gesture in a match against West Ham last month.
