Author Francesa Simon is best known for the Horrid Henry series of books which have now sold over 20 million copies worldwide. She won the Children's Book Of The Year in 2008 at the British Book Awards for Horrid Henry and The Abominable Snowman.

Horrid Henry was the 3rd most borrowed children's author from UK libraries and the latest tales Horrid Henry's Nightmare was published in 2013.

This year marks the 20th anniversary of Horrid Henry and it's a year-long celebration with the main event taking place at the Hay Festival on the 27th May.
