Carol makes some difficult choices, and Sharon discovers Phil has been hiding something.

Carol makes some difficult choices, Sharon discovers Phil has been hiding something from her, Alfie gets a helping hand from Shirley and Masood brings a surprise visitor home.

Carol has some difficult choices to make when she realises there are a lot of changes on the horizon. She makes a decision about her relationship with Masood, and seeks comfort from a familiar face. After getting her feelings out in the open, Carol decides to do what will make her happy, but she is shocked when she makes an unexpected discovery in her home. 

Masood brings a surprise visitor home to see Tamwar, and it is not long before they are causing trouble. Masood struggles to come to terms with the changes in his life and takes extreme action, before deciding to raise the stakes. 

Sharon is shocked when she discovers something Phil has been hiding from her. She confronts him about her trust issues, but is she prepared for what she might hear? Phil knows he must show his commitment, but will he be honest? Linda plans a girls' night in the Vic to help Sharon feel better, but ends up getting emotional herself. Meanwhile, the Carters are not happy when they realise they have been duped, and decide to take matters into their own hands. 

Alfie becomes more and more desperate to make some cash, and gets a helping hand from Shirley, but Kat is angry with Alfie when she learns that his plans to make money could take him away from Albert Square. 

Jake and Lauren continue to play a dangerous game, and everything is changing at the car lot, leaving Max feeling less than happy.
