The show goes out across all 39 stations, on weekdays between 7pm and 10pm - the only exceptions are for major breaking news stories and sports commentary.

Parents who earn a combined income of more than £80,000 should have to pay if their children go to the most popular state schools, a report suggests. Private headmaster Dr Anthony Seldon raises the idea for cross-party think tank the Social Market Foundation. Mark hears from Dr Seldon and asks what you think of his ideas. He also speaks to The Tax Payers' Alliance and Brian Lightman, general secretary of the Association of School and College Leaders.

Claire Ashford speaks to octogenarian Percy Woodhouse, from Shropshire, who was called up for National Service in 1948. She hears his memories of joining the RAF and showing his mum his uniform for the first time. Mark asks for your experiences of your proudest day wearing uniform. He speaks to Glen Conroy, whose six-year-old son joined him on an Armed Forces Day march in Leicestershire in full (mini) uniform and Conservative MP, Philip Hollobone, who wants to bring back National Service.

It's been a cracking day at Imjin Barracks in Gloucestershire today, as nearly 180 soldiers went the 'egg-stra' mile in a Guinness World Record attempt. They were aiming to smash the record for the 'most soldiers dipping toast soldiers in their eggs at the same time' - all in aid of a local charity.

Mark has a special live BBC Introducing session tonight from singer/songwriter Adam French, from Congleton in Cheshire.
