The four bakers make tricky jammy shortbread biscuits and a chocolate celebration cake.

Baking competition. In the second of the heats, the bakers must show off their own recipes for a chocolate celebration cake.

In the second of the heats, four more bakers are challenged by presenter Aaron Craze to bake tricky jammy shortbread biscuits, before tackling the Invention Challenge where they must show off their own recipes for a chocolate celebration cake. 

Recipes include a sour cherry cake with a secret ingredient and a millionaire's shortbread cake. The standard is high, but judges Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood can only send one baker through to the semi-final.
