Kevin helps convince the mother of a girl who wants a vaccine to prevent cervical cancer, while Mandy reaches breaking point and Rob puts Howard in a difficult situation.

Fifteen-year-old Jenny wants a vaccine to prevent cervical cancer, but her mother is standing in her way. With Kevin's help, Jenny takes an unusual approach to try to convince her otherwise. 

Elsewhere, Mandy reaches breaking point and Rob puts Howard in a difficult situation which leads to an uncomfortable discovery about Karen.
