Bah humbug! Yes, we're only just into December but the Christmas shows have begun apace. Janice gets tips on being Scrooge from Christopher Fairbank; the Auf Wiedersehen Pet star is appearing in A Christmas Carol at Edinburgh's Lyceum Theatre.
