Bholtar tries to teach a laconic boy named Mal in the ways of evil. However, Mal proves to be more intelligent than anyone first thought.

The League assembles an all-star team of villains to play in a game of street hockey against a group of neighbourhood kids to battle for control of the streets. However, the gathering of villains catches the eye of the Force Fighters.
