It's a bluegrass Brekkie, as we enjoy the folkie stylings of a young South-East Kent band, who're taking part in Radio 2's Young Folk Award Weekend next month. And the band's songwriter, Jarrod Piner, pops up as our Mystery Guest.

We hear how Ella the swashbuckler fared in her first fencing lesson (spoiler alert: she's player of the week!)
