Angela Rippon, Gloria Hunniford and Julia Somerville battle on behalf of viewers who've been left feeling let down or out of pocket because of problems to do with heating their home. Tempers rise as Angela investigates why, across the country, scores of homeowners promised cheaper energy have instead been hit with sky-high bills, forcing them to choose between eating or keeping warm. As she visits one of the affected estates and comes face-to-face with the organisations responsible, angry residents demand answers. Will the issues they have struggled with for months finally be resolved? Also, why one woman says a delay in the post has cost her thousands of pounds, and a couple whose elaborate heating device has left them out in the cold.
