Ade Adepitan is up in Glasgow as the Commonwealth Games Queen's Baton is exclusively revealed. Marty Jopson has gone all scientific to find out how to make the ultimate cheese on toast and the One Show meets the ex-pro footballers for which life after the game has been far from beautiful. As well as all that, the team have invented their own game to play - 'Goalf'!
