Education and faith groups have welcomed the government's new national curriculum after it was revised to include a module of the history of early Islam.  Manny will be getting reaction to this from across the West.  Also he hears about the Barton and Tredworth Community Fayre, speaking to Anisa Patel from The Green Aubergine Cookery School.  She has been asked by the Fayre organisers to get Indian people from the local community together to volunteer at the event.
