Is the US pursuing the most effective anti-terrorism strategy in light of new findings about the Boston marathon bombers?

Hilary Andersson investigates the radicalization of the two Boston marathon bombers and asks if America’s domestic anti-terrorism campaign is likely to be effective given their low key background.  She spends time with the New York Police Department’s anti-terrorist squad to see how the latest technology is being used to protect New York from future attack.  

And she talks to American Muslims who fear that law enforcement programmes are being used to  profile, map and spy on them.
