Hospitals in Greece have been hit by 40% cuts and basic medical supplies are running out. An unofficial network of volunteer medics is helping to prop up the healthcare system.

The Greek healthcare system is teetering on the brink of collapse. Hospitals have been hit by 40% cuts and are running out of basic medical supplies. All but emergency operations are being cancelled and drugs companies have halted supplies because they are not being paid. Zeinab Badawi talks to doctors and patients who are struggling to cope.
