One missed her flight because of a long queue at check-in, and another arrived at the check-in desk to be told he could not travel because there were only a few months left on his passport. Fiona asks what the travel industry can do to avoid these situations, while Rani Price finds out how buying souvenirs could cost more than you bargained for.
