Dominic Littlewood comes to the aid of ordinary people who are having a consumer nightmare. When Bill's stairlift needed some repairs he soon found he had a company in his home selling him a replacement. But when Bill changed his mind a few days later, the company told him it was too late and refused to give him his money back. Dom takes up the fight and looks at our rights when buying from doorstep salesmen. 

Plus, Rani Price hits the streets to test us on our rights when buying from online auctions, and she also meets an industry insider who is prepared to dish the dirt on dodgy mechanics.
