The teenagers are given two stalls at Glasgow's Farmers' Market to raise as much money as they can for charity. The catch? They must stock the stalls themselves.

We join the teenagers as they get their bakers whites on and quickly learn the art of baking with one of the lecturers from the City of Glasgow College keeping a close eye on proceedings.
