Gaelic children's cartoon. Blarag helps her old friend Norrag the turtle train for a race against Carach the Cat.

Gaelic children's cartoon. Carach the cat makes fun of Norrag the turtle for being slow and sleepy, and challenges him to a race. Even though he's sure he can't win, Norrag accepts, so Blarag decides to lend a hand.
