Guests OMD brought in an exclusive track and MasterChef judge John Torode dished the dirt on this year's culinary competition. Plus Vanilla's No Way, No Way was our truly dire disc.

Paul Humphreys and Andy McCluskey aka OMD came in to chat about their new album and gave us an exclusive first-play of a new track as well. Later, MasterChef judge John Torode stopped by to spill the beans about this year's competition.

Over in the I Can't Believe It's Not Better corner, Vanilla's No Way, No Way resurfaced much to the amusement of our host. Maria wished her friend a happy birthday and Graham suggested the friend's name sounded like a character in a Jackie Collins' novel - praise indeed.

In Grill Graham, the nation tried to help a man who really wanted to be an actor - don't do it - and a woman who was thinking about moving in with her future mother-in-law - don't do it!
