Two days until 500 Words closes. Chris catches up with last year's winners, the Isobels!

Just two days until 500 Words closes, and Chris catches up with the two gold-winning Isobels from 2012's competition.

Just two days until 500 WORDS closes. Chris catches up with the two gold-winning Isobels from 2012's competition.

Isobel Harwood from Derbyshire, won the 13 and under category with her story Defining Moments, about a girl befriending a boy who doesn't fit in with the norm. She heard her award-winning story read out by popstar Will Young, at the 2012 Hay Festival.

Southampton's Isobel Murray won the 9 and under category with Coming Home, her story about a child returning to their family following evacuation. In the live final, her 500 WORDS were brought to life by the Doctor Who actress Catherine Tate!
