Nicki Chapman meets up with the Buchanan family, who were divided over whether to move to Australia and spent a week down under. One year on, where are they now?

Jason Buchanan always believed that Australia was the right place for his family's future. But his wife Angie and her daughter Sophie had big doubts about making such a huge move. And with disabled son Jordan's needs to consider, making the choice to leave the UK was sure to be the toughest decision they had ever faced. One year on, Nicki Chapman revisits the Buchanans to find out how and where they are now.
