Pope Benedict 16th announces he will resign due to failing health.  He'll be the first Pope to resign in nearly 600 years, and a replacement won't be found until early March at the earliest. We get immediate reaction and assess how a successor will be chosen. Catholics give us their reaction. In other news, we look at whether more needs to be done to keep pre-school children safe in nurseries. We hear from Jay and Shatl Malin, whose  two year-old daughter Rhiya died at a nursery in Essex.
