The former Mexican Finance Minister, Dr Guillermo Ortiz, and the former President of the European Central Bank, Jean-Claude Trichet, unveil a new report for the Group of 30 industrialised nations, suggesting that a further 7 trillion dollars of investment in things like road-building, housing and corporate research and development may be required, if the world is to properly recover from the current financial crisis.
