Programme 3 of Something to Think About…with Mr Bloom.

Mr Bloom tells us about why he is happy to have his animal helpers in the garden. Bees are some of his smallest friends, but they have a very important job to do.
Mr Bloom visits some Tiddlers at their school and hears all about how they help the animals in their garden.

In today's story we hear about a very special bee who came into Mr Bloom's nursery and taught the Veggies all about being helpful.

To celebrate the pan-BBC Summer of UK Wildlife season, we have made a special summer series of Something to Think About. Each programme is presented throughout by Mr Bloom from the CBeebies television show Mr Bloom’s Nursery and encourages children to explore and reflect on life-lessons through gardening and wildlife themes.

Stories are inspired by the Mr Bloom’s Nursery TV shows, are told by Mr Bloom and feature the colourful Veggie characters. For those of you unfamiliar with the series, there is a ‘Who’s who?’ guide to the characters in the Teacher's Notes.

Something to Think About…with Mr Bloom offers all the traditional features of the Something to Think About programmes you know and love. Songs are from the Come and Praise and All About our School collections and at the end of each programme there is an opportunity to give thanks and to reflect on the themes explored in the show.
