Clive Holland has advice for homeowners who fell victim to cowboy builders. Clive revisits a couple from Ipswich left living on a building site and some Newcastle homeowners.

The series looks at the trail of destruction left by cowboy builders and offers help and advice to homeowners who've fallen victim to them. Presenter Clive Holland meets those affected to see for himself the emotional consequences it can have for families. A team of 'good guy' builders are brought in to help sort the problems out - and the programme offers advice on how to recognise a cowboy and avoid being caught out in the future. 
     
Clive Holland catches up with homeowners we've helped in the past when they fell victim to cowboy builders. We're revisiting a young couple from Ipswich left living on a building site, and the Newcastle homeowners whose new shower room and toilet for their foster children were left unfinished.
