Clive Holland has advice for homeowners who fell victim to cowboy builders. Clive visits a pensioner whose hopes were dashed by a bungling builder who saw her as a meal ticket.

The series looks at the trail of destruction left by cowboy builders and offers help and advice to homeowners who've fallen victim to them. Presenter Clive Holland meets those affected to see for himself the emotional consequences it can have for families. A team of 'good guy' builders are brought in to help sort the problems out - and the programme offers advice on how to recognise a cowboy and avoid being caught out in the future.
