Victoria hears from Paul Mason - who once weighed 70 stone and didn't leave the house for 12 years - about how he lost 46 stone and now wants the NHS to fund operations to remove his loose skin. The surgery would cost the the taxpayer over thirty thousand pounds. Paul also speaks to listeners about whether they think it's a good idea.

Victoria also speaks to the dyslexic author Sally Gardner - who was expelled from school, told she was unteachable and couldn't read until she was aged 14 - about her now winning the children's Costa Award.
