Roley devises a catchy rap based on the weather.

Bob and the Can Do Crew are in historical Fixham Harbour ready for brand new building adventures. Bob builds a meteorological station for Brad Rad.

Bob is building a meteorological station for Brad Rad, so that he can make announcements to his surfing students about the weather. Roley is having fun making up a surfing rap, but is upset when Brad doesn't have time to carry on with him. Overhearing Bob chat about old weather rhymes, Roley has an idea: what if he makes up a weather rap instead? 

Bob, Wendy and Dizzy begin to assemble the weather station. As they put together the different instruments, they find out more about the weather. Roley uses this information to devise a catchy rap, and immediately races off to tell Brad. But there's a problem. Bob and Wendy keep assembling more instruments, which each reveal more about the weather, so Roley has to keep changing his rap in order to tell the weather accurately.
