It is the end of the rainy season and Patsy the porcupine will soon be arriving to tidy up the savannah. The animals are busy having a clearout, except for Herbert the warthog who cannot bring himself to throw anything away. When he can not find his musical rocks for the concert that night he is encouraged by Doris the duck to have a clearout.
