He says the past six weeks, including the row over the failed Newsnight report, have generally had a positive impact on victims of sexual abuse.

Victoria also looks at the elections for Police and Crime Commissioners in England and Wales. The Electoral Reform Society says turnout could be as low as eighteen percent.
