In this episode Joe meets Kevin and Rachel Roberts who fulfilled a lifelong dream by buying a rural building in the heart of the Welsh countryside, where they plan to raise their young family. They have ambitious plans to transform a former cow milking shed into their dream home, with Kevin doing the majority of the work. Joe takes them to see a barn conversion and meet the owners who have lots of sound advice.

We find out about a regeneration project that is making a big impact in east London, and we go out and about in Derbyshire with the empty property officer Sue Li.
