Joe meets a woman who is wary of taking on the work of renovating an empty house.

Property series. Joe Crowley meets Roberta Bickerstaff who is wary of taking on the work involved with renovating an empty dwelling.

In this episode Joe meets Roberta Bickerstaff, who is certain she wants to take on an empty dwelling but not so sure about the renovation work involved. Joe takes her to a vacant house that with just a little TLC could become her perfect property and introduces her to a builder and his wife who have lovingly renovated a period property. They have lots of invaluable advice and reassurance for Roberta.

We'll be getting some dos and don'ts when it comes to transforming a listed building and following an empty property officer in Kent as he investigates a report of foxes living in the overgrown garden of a vacant house.
